If you must use soap for your face, look for a natural soap that has no dyes, chemicals, artificial perfumes or fragrance oils.6. When washing your face and neck, lather and apply your facial wash using allupward and circular motions. This is so that all the areas of your face and neckwill be covered and that the skin of your face and neck will be pushed upwards andprevent sagging.7. When drying your skin, never rub briskly. Always pat your skin dry or rub gentlyin circular motions.8. Never prick, squeeze, pick, pop, scrub or poke your skin so that you will not harmand scar it.9. Apply a facial mask weekly. You can use natural homemade masks of your choicewhich are safer and contains no unwanted chemicals. A facial mask will removeimpurities and toxins from your skin, naturally moisturize, protect and soften it.10. If you are in your 30s, start taking Vitamin E pills once a day or you can also prick the Vitamin E pill and apply thinly the pill’s gel-like content to your face for a clearer, fresher and smoother skin.As you can see from this list, there are a lot of things that can affect the condition of our skin.
