If you were given a chance to wish for three things what would you wish for? Remember wishes are granted instantly.

A chaste, loving life partner?

A content Spiritual life?
So what would it be? Tell me?
I don’t know about you but if I were asked to wish I would ask for the below three wishes:

Sexual energy?
Yeah. Sexual Energy. I would go for it.
Did you know that sexual energy is the key to health, wealth and whatever you name it? Don’t you believe me? Just take a good look at yourself. Didn’t your parents engage in sexual union to conceive you?
Still not convinced?
If you are a male look at your muscular body. Look at that sturdy deep voice of yours. Look at that rugged contour of your body which attracts the opposite sex. Notice the macho attitude with which you walk, talk and present yourself.
If you are a female look at that rosy colour on your cheeks. Look at the firmness and roundness of your body. Look at those fine contours of your body which attracts the opposite sex.
Did you know that sexual energy is behind all those features which you take for granted?

The Energy World
The world we see is nothing but a huge giant soup of energy. Everything is in a state of vibration. The table you see is nothing but concentrated energy vibrating at a certain frequency which makes you able to see it. If any energy gets concentrated than it becomes visible as a physical thing. The rocks in your garden, the chair you sit on, the Ferrari you drive, the fruit you eat are nothing but concentrated waves of energy.
It can be very difficult to grasp this energy principle about our physical world. Nevertheless, understanding this energy principle can solve a lot of hurdles in understanding the truth about ourselves and the universe.
Now back to sexual energy….
A boy of twelve or thirteen is still just a kid. A good kid, who listens to his parents, plays harmoniously with the kids of the neighbour, helps everyone and does whatever he is told by his elders.
And suddenly one night he dreams…….
The next morning he wakes up with wet underwear and a soiled bed sheets.
Celebration time!
The dormant seeds inside him have started functioning. The atomic bomb has activated and huge changes will take place from this new budding sexual energy.
This period of fast change is referred to as the TEEN YEARS and the kids undergoing these fast paced changes are referred to as teenagers. The good boy who always listened to his parents is slowly turning into a stubborn kid. He is no longer interested in playing with the neighbour’s kids but would rather learn to ride his elder brother’s motor bike. He has also started having his own views about everything and no longer listens to his elders. Â Â Â Â Â Â

As I pointed earlier that everything in the world is nothing but energy. The sex hormones and the seminal fluid too are nothing but raw energy power. Just imagine in the next five years this same twelve year old kid will be a huge sturdy, muscular boyish man. All this transformation is fueled by the seminal fluids aka the sexual energy.
This energy from the sperms is very delicate but powerful. It should be conserved and guarded more securely than the money in your safe bank at home. I would say sexual energy is health, wealth and more. Many teenagers at this stage loose their reasoning power on this transformation stage and turn out to be brats. Others masturbate to the point where they become emotional cripples. Others engage in sexual union with opposite sex and mess up their life by becoming parents at a young age.
Many parents face a lot of problems at this stage. There have been cases whereby teenager girls get themselves pregnant and resort to suicide. Puberty and stages following it are very slippery periods and should be handled with love and understanding and not DON’T DO THIS principles. Teenagers are mostly stubborn and with their new found energy they would love to experiment with lots of things which even might prove detrimental for their own good in the long run.
The Heaven & Earth Principle
Ask a kid where is heaven son, and he will point his finger above at the sky.
Look at adults praying and you will see them raising their hands upwards in prayers.
Metaphysically all good is up. Heaven is up. Love is up the emotional scale while Fear is down the scale. A good morale man is always looked up upon in the society while a rapist is shunned and avoided.
So how do we apply the heaven principle to sexual energy?
Many people are addicted to sex. If we rephrase this statement it will come to that many people are addicted to the sexual orgasm feeling. Why do people marry and yet have affairs? Why does a rich married guy suddenly become a monk and leave for the mountains? An angry bitter wife suddenly becomes a good wife by moving up on the scale of emotions by giving up her anger for higher emotions like love.
Sexual energy if it flows downwards (Ejaculation) is termed as the Earth Principle. The Earth principle is necessary for the continuation of the Human species. Be aware that the Earth principle is solely for procreation and it can only be used under the contract of Marriage. Any ejaculation of seminal fluids outside marriage is termed as malpractice and not a part of the Earth Principle. Masturbation (voluntary ejaculation by stimulating the genitals) is also a malpractice.
A single ejaculation has 200 to 500 million sperms cells. Just imagine out of all these sperms only one fertilizes the ovum and the rest are discarded as waste. Imagine with one ejaculation you can procreate 500 million human beings. Isn’t that grand? Can you imagine the vast power you have been given by God? An atom bomb can kill millions with a click of a button and you can procreate 500 million with a single shot of ejaculation. Is your sexual power more or less than that atomic bomb? Think about it.
Most of us conceive in every three years. Others in every two years yet others don’t want to conceive. Others are satisfied with one kid only. Others have five kids and still want more. That’s a good use of the Earth Principle. A couple blessed with kids under the contract of Marriage is termed as blessed.
Hey..wait!
What about all that seminal fluid wasted in pleasure sex? Isn’t it against the Earth Principle?
On an average a married couple has sexual union two or three times in a week or more. The reason is not always to conceive but just plain pleasure. Imagine if a guy ejaculates two or three times per session of love making can you understand the loss of energy and health this guy undergoes in the name of love and pleasure. Let’s do a bit of mathematics of potential loss of energy.
One ejaculation = 500 million sperms (500 M human beings if each reaches an ovum)
Three ejaculations = 3 x 500 M sperms
Total = 1500 million sperms (1500 M human beings if each reaches an ovum)
What a waste!
Let’s continue with the mathematics…
In one love making session 1500 M sperm cells are lost what about three sessions in a week. Keep your calculator ready…
One session = 1500 M sperms
Three sessions = 3 x 1500 M sperms
Total = 4500 million sperms (4500 M human beings if each reaches an ovum)
My! My! All this energy ends up on tissues or bed sheets. What a catastrophic event!
The alchemist and healers have commented that one drop of semen is equal to vital power in hundred drops of blood. In other words it takes hundred drops of blood to make a drop of semen. Can you imagine how taxing it is to the body to make and replenish the supply of semen? No wonder people melt up and look old before their time. While others retain youthful looks all life around by following the Heaven principle.
The Heaven Principle Revisited…Â
The Heaven Principle states that all sexual energy should be conserved!
No pleasure sex.
No masturbation or voluntary ejaculation.
If you are a married couple I would highly recommend you to find a good tantra teacher who can enlighten you about having sex without ejaculating. Sex is good for the body but ejaculation of vital reserves of energy is not.
Alternatively you can read books about sexual cultivation by Mantak Chia. I would highly recommend it.
The Chinese refer to seminal fluid as JING

Once you start conserving your Jing by celibacy or tantric sex you are going to be a changed man. All that you lost by ejaculation before is going to be recovered if you follow the conservation principle for a while.
For the Heaven principle to have its full effect you has to take meditation with the conservation principle.
Meditation has an effect of clearing the mind or in other words making an empty mind. Try to recite any mantra for half an hour and see what happens. If you are not new in meditation you will notice that you feel calm and peaceful. That is a state of having no thoughts. An empty mind. Nature abhors vacuums. The conserved sexual energy rises towards the mind to fill the void created by meditation. The resultant bliss is thousand times greater than sexual orgasm.
That’s it!
So simple and clear Heaven Principle.
Please note that it’s not the seminal fluid which rises but the energy there in. The body reabsorbs the nutrients from the conserved seminal fluid to feed the body. That’s how celibate monks who abstain from sex and follow meditation always look radiant. The same can be said of married guys who know principles of engaging in sex without loosing their Jings.
Marriage or Celibacy?
So what is the best method for spiritual cultivation?
Is it Marriage?
Or is it Celibacy?
Celibacy doesn’t mean you are more spiritual than a married guy. Having a wife and kids does not mean you are ahead in the spiritual race compared to a celibate colleague. If marriage does not sound right to you than don’t get married but you still need to cultivate that sexual energy to higher energies. Marriage does not mean you are free from cultivation either. It means an opportunity to cultivate your sexual energy with your partner. While a celibate cultivates alone a married guy cultivates with his partner through tantric sex.
Many people prefer celibacy in the initial stages. It is said that it takes around 100 days of conservation of Jing with meditation practices to convert some of the Jing to Chi. Chi is finely derived energy from Jing.
So in this initial stage of 100 days celibacy is a must. This fine energy is circulated around the body with meditation practices such as Microcosmic Orbit. Please note that these practices are not that simple as they sound. You need a teaching master to guide you, though people with good experience of meditation practices can progress very fast with little guidance.
The practice becomes easier and progresses faster with Energy Works. Energy works can clear very fast obstructed channels making paths clear for Chi to move inside the energy channels.
YIN & YANG
Yin refers to feminine energy. Feminine energy is always on receiving end. Woman is a good example of Yin energy. Earth and water is another example of Yin.
Yang refers to male energy. Male energy is always on a giving end. Man is a good example of Yang energy. Sky is another example of Yang.
Yin is Negative.
Yang is Positive.
That’s why a male is attracted to female. In other simple words, opposite attracts. A woman is stronger sexually compared to a man. A man is as strong as the amount of seminal fluid he has. Once he has lost this energy into cohabiting with a woman that’s the end of his power. The Yin principle is always inexhaustible. Since man gives off his energy (sperms) he gets tired and exhausted and tired while a woman doesn’t loose any of her energies but receives whatever energy the male deposits.
Many women complain that once the sex is over their husband just doze off. Loosing all that Jing the man needs to replenish all that supply of energy they have lost. Since the body is in shortfall of vital energy the body has to draw enough resources to manufacture new seminal fluid. Staying awake requires a lot of energy because most of the energy is being used up by the brain for process like thinking and mechanical movement. So the body shuts down the brain (a process called sleep) so that replenishing of vital energies can go with least disturbance and more energy conservation for the process in hand. Let me explain it in another way. Have you noticed that after taking a heavy meal you feel sleepy? Digestion of food requires a lot of energy. In order to efficiently digest the food the body makes the brain process to halt (sleep).
Thinking power is at its minimum after ejaculation. The body is undergoing the deficit of vital energy and the first to be effected is the brain. Have you noted that most heinous crimes are made after raping? Somebody rapes a woman and than cuts her to pieces or mutilates her with razor blade. Whoever pointed out that when a man is erect his thinking powers leave him has said the truth. What about when he looses his Jing?
In the older days Kings had lots of beautiful women in their harems. Sometimes more than a hundred women. Enemies at that time knew that to rob a man out of his abilities is to send him gifts of beautiful slave women. The king will keep on loosing his Jings every now and then. This will affect his thinking capacity and it can also lead to emotional insecurities too. If the damage just goes on it can lead to sudden death too. Sexual energy is the main feeder of energy to systems like the brain and nerves. Insufficiency of this energy means low immunity. No wonder so many Kings died at a very young age.
Religion and Sex
Religion provides the shortest routes to enlightenment and spiritual cultivation. Avoid fornication and adultery is some of the rules concerning sex. Fasting is another tool to control lust and sexual cravings. People who don’t have the means to marriage or don’t want to get married are recommended to fast. Meditation is another spiritual tool highly recommended by all religion. It strengthens the mind and opens up the dormant area of the brain.

There was an ad I saw of a male perfume which made me almost choke on the nuts I was eating. There was this guy who uses this perfume to attract females to him. I would say this ad is the modern version of robbing the budding generation of its thinking power. Remember the King’s story. This time though the poison is more fatal and targeted to masses. TV ads are of sexual nature, radio shows are full of sexual theme and magazines are full of dirt and sex. Now days you can click on a website with your mouse and you gain access to porn. Great civilization!
After reading all my explanations you decide where humanity is heading. Remember this humanity also includes me and you too.

Why do people run madly after money? They think that money will buy them happiness. The new Ferrari will make them happy. A big bungalow near the sea side will make them happy. Employing many servants will make them happy. Now imagine this scenario. A multi-millionaire having tea in his garden and a servants breaks an expensive tea pot. The guy goes nuts and abuses the servant. The wife tries to calm the raging husband but the husband vents his anger to the wife accusing her of siding with the servants. The rest of the day is spent in frustration and irritation.
Is that the life you want?
Are you after a life of money and whirlpool of negative emotions? Is that your dream? The other way round is do away with lower emotions by religious and energy practices and money will come to you like a stream of water routing for the ocean.
A wealthy person is that person who has mastered himself. (Heaven & Earth principle).
The spiritual law states that once you have mastered yourself you have mastered the world.
Once you have gained mastery over yourself you will notice that opportunities to make money will just come out of blue. Remember you are now operating from a spiritual realm and you will not be interested in amassing wealth for security or ego purposes. You will use your wealth to help humanity.
Any gains you make without personal cultivation will never make you happy. Be it money, fame, wife and kids.
